I am thirteen years old and I started solving cubes and other twisty puzzles last June. I entered my first cubing competition shortly after that. I was hooked!
My favorite part of cubing is setting goals for myself, reaching those goals, and enjoying the social interaction within the cubing community. I have also learned a lot about video production through starting my You Tube channel this past Christmas break.
The advice I would give to brand new cubers is this: You're going to get annoyed. You're going to get stressed. Just remember that with enough practice and time, everyone eventually gets better. It's ok to show off a little, just don't get too cocky. :)
